Maison Mascara Boutique B&B provides a touch of luxury in the heart of Brighton at affordable prices. 

We are a new concept in guest accomodation. More friendly than a hotel but a cut above the rest of the traditional Bed and Breakfasts. Stay in style!

• Get an Upgrade! if you book a standard double and we have a luxury or superior room available when you check in then you have the option to upgrade for a surcharge of just £10 more than the standard double price. • Entry to Bar Koba private members club by advance reservation for our guests**.  Please note that Bar Koba is not part of maison mascara.

• Light sleeper? Have a good nights kip with our ear plugs for sale at reception. We are located around central Brighton (it's only 5-10 mins walk to the Laines in the centre of Brighton) so there is a certain amount of street noise in some rooms, but then Brighton is the party capital of the UK.
• Continental breakfast buffet only.
• New at maison mascara! The first place in Brighton where you can have the new Sony Playstation 3 put in your room by prior arrangement (only available if ordered in advance in the luxury double room "Glasgow Grey"). Terms and conditions apply.
• Parking available nearby provided by Regency Secure Parking. at a reasonable price. Please call 01273 775215 to book parking. Limited spaces available so please book in advance. Please note that Regency Secure Parking is not affiliated with Maison Mascara. The address of the car park is 1 Regency Mews, go right at the Royal Sovereign Pub on Preston Street near Regency Square (see map).
• Alternative nearby parking available in an NCP in Regency Square (see map), opposite the West Pier. Please note that this is not discounted anymore and is approximately £1.50 per hour. This is appropriate parking if you need regular access to your car. You do not need to book in advance for this car park.
• Longer term parking is available about 10 minutes walk from maison mascara at Russell Road NCP car park. The address of this car park is Russell Road, BN12DX (see map). This is off West Street in the town centre and prices are 70p per hour with a maximum charge per day of £14.70. You do not need to book in advance for this car park.

** entry to bar koba private members club, a leading cocktail bar near to maison mascara is under the discretion of the management of bar koba and does not apply to groups or discounted bookings. Please supply full names of all the people who wish to be added to the guest list of bar koba private members club and time/date of arrival at the club. Bar Koba private members club is only open on friday and saturday. See our guide for more information about Bar Koba and the front bar which is open to the public.

**** an ipod can only be provided in your room with full credit card details and home address, with full payment for borrowing the ipod/ipod tv connection leads taken when you book your room, ipods and leads for connecting your own ipod to tv's in your room must be booked and paid for in advance. borrowed ipods must be returned to reception when you check out. ipods are tested before they are put in your room and should they be found to be the subject of any damage then the full amount for a replacement will be charged. specific songs and video can be put on ipods that you borrow by advance booking though payment for this is non-refundable. all payments for ipod/ipod leads are non-refundable. ipods and leads are provided subject to availability.
