Maison Mascara is located around the centre of Brigthon. 5-10 Minutes walk away from the Laines (the main shopping area) and the Brighton Centre, where many concerts and conferences are held. The Royal Pavillion is 15 minutes away along with the Pier. We are well placed for eating out as we are located in the restaurant quarter of Brighton.

By Car:

From the A23 you reach the pier roundabout. Take a right along the seafront road. Carry on until you reach the China Garden restaurant and take a right up Preston street. This is just past Regency Square and is opposite the Old (West) pier. Carry on up Preston street and take a left at the end. Carry on until you reach some traffic lights and take a left. We are the third building down on the right hand side, 33 Montpelier Road. See directions on a map.

Parking available nearby provided by Regency Secure Parking. at a reasonable price. Please call 01273 775215 to book parking. Limited spaces available so please book in advance. Please note that Regency Secure Parking is not affiliated with Maison Mascara. The address of the car park is 1 Regency Mews, go right at the Royal Sovereign Pub on Preston Street near Regency Square (see map).
Alternative nearby parking available in an NCP in Regency Square (see map), opposite the West Pier. Please note that this is not discounted anymore and is approximately £1.50 per hour. This is appropriate parking if you need regular access to your car. You do not need to book in advance for this car park.
Longer term parking is available about 10 minutes walk from maison mascara at Russell Road NCP car park. The address of this car park is Russell Road, BN12DX (see map). This is off West Street in the town centre and prices are 70p per hour with a maximum charge per day of £14.70. You do not need to book in advance for this car park.
Some on the road parking is available in the roads around us, but this is only free after 8-10pm and you must move your car in the morning by 8am (please see exact times on the parking signs in the appropriate area that you park).

Going from maison mascara to Regency Secure Parking car park:

From maison mascara go down Montpelier Road and take a left onto the seafront. Carry on until you reach the second set of traffic lights and take a left onto Preston Street (by the China Garden restaurant). Carry on straight up this road and take the second turning on the right onto Regency Mews (by the Royal Sovereign Pub and opposite The Sushi Garden restaurant). Going from maison mascara to the Regency Square NCP car park:

From maison mascara go down Montpelier road and take a left onto the seafront. Carry on until you reach the second set of traffic lights and take a left into Regency Square (the first square you come to just after the China Garden restaurant). The entrance to the underground NCP car park is at the end of the Square. See directions on a map.

Going from maison mascara to the Russell road NCP car park:

From maison mascara, go down Montpelier road and take a left onto the seafront. Carry on until you see the Odeon cinema and take a left. Take the first left after this and carry on up the road until you come to a small entrance to Russell road NCP car park. see map

By Train:

From the train station you go down the main road outside, Queen's road. Take a right at the clock tower. You reach a fork in the road. Take the left and go past the Churchill Square shopping Centre. Carry on until you reach some traffic lights and take a left. We are the third building down on the right hand side, 33 Montpelier Road. It is about a 15 minute walk.

Alternatively take a taxi from the station to Maison Mascara, please remember to tell them the address 33 Montpelier Road, near Waitrose and Taj Supermarket on Western road.
